Executive Customer Service


 

Customer Care :-

l Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.

l Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.

l Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions.

l Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.

l Collaborate with other teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to resolve complex customer issues.

Problem Resolution:

l Listen attentively to customer complaints or concerns and empathize with their situation.

l Investigate and analyze customer issues to identify root causes and provide appropriate solutions

l Escalate unresolved problems or complex issues to the relevant departments or higher-level support.

Customer Relationship Management:

l Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through personalized interactions.

l Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs.

l Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Quality Assurance:

l Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

l Follow predefined scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality of customer interactions.

l Participate in quality assurance programs to identify areas for improvement and ensure service excellence.

Qualifications:

l Graduate or a degree in a relevant field is a added advantage.

l Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.

l Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

l Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

l Ability to handle challenging or irate customers with patience and professionalism.

l Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and MS Office.

l Strong multitasking and time management skills.

l Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
