Job Role:- Non -IT Recruiter with 2 Year of hand on experience in hiring Automotive or oil and gas or Mechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing, Engineering, chemical Engineering to join our Recruitment Team and help us learn and grow more.
Your role and responsibilities:- Sourcing , Screening, Scheduling , Screening,interview scheduling and creating pipeline of potential candidates.
Manage candidates pool effectively to increase utility rate across multiple customers
hands on experience in Manufacturing, Mechnical, Automotive, Civil engineering, Chemical engineering, process engineering, oil and gas.
Experience;-2 to 5 years , Notice period:- 15 days, Immediadte Joiners, 30 days.
Location:-B-10 ,Ashiyana Park North Main Road, koregoan Park ,Pune,Maharashtra.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
