Our Company is GREENWORLD CONTRAKTS PVT. LTD. We are an interior finishing works and stonework contractors .Our annual turnover is between 15-20 crores. Our core area of work is interior finishing and in eternal and external stone works including building g stone facades. We also do allied civil works like Site Road works , brickwork , plaster , concrete work etc. where required by client.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate should have knowledge and experience of expeditiously working and filling of tenders and related documentation .He also shall be incharge of overseeing timely and proper billing of sites as well as checking bills of sub contractors .

He should have knowledge of Autocad to check quantities and understand drawings for tendering .
SALARY: upto Rs 40000 depends on experience .
No of years experience : Minimum 3 years
JobLocation :Office is in DLF phase-1 Gurgaon and sometimes to sites in NCR or out of Delhi (very less)
Travelling : Not extensive , maybe once a month , if some site is out of Delhi and he needs to go for billing or any other important issue .
Reporting : he has to report to My second in command :GM of the company and the director which is myself
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
