Here you will be working as an US Candidate counsellor in the field of the U.S Staffing Industry. U.S Staffing organizations are elite professional recruiting firms specializing in Accounting and Finance, Health, Human Resources, IT, Sales & Marketing. As an US Candidate Counsellor your Roles and Responsibilities will be:
· Responsible for full-cycle recruiting, interview, candidate counselling and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
· Sourcing applicants from Job Portals.
· Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement.
· Responsible for Strategic Development Process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
· Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
· Providing candidates with required training and related services by obtaining a minimum fee and Hit Targets

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
