Position: Call Centre Executive

Location: Jaipur

Role Overview:As a Call Centre Executive at Freshokartz, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing franchise partners while also contributing to the expansion of our franchise network. Your communication skills and customer-centric approach will drive collaboration, ensuring that our franchisees have the necessary resources and information to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Partner Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our existing franchise partners, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.
  • Establish strong rapport with franchisees to foster a sense of partnership and mutual success.

2. New Franchise Onboarding:

  • Reach out to potential new franchise partners, presenting Freshokartz's value proposition and benefits.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, guiding new partners through the franchise model and service offerings.

3. Communication and Support:

  • Provide timely and accurate information to franchise partners regarding product updates, promotions, training, and any other relevant details.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive overall experience for franchisees.

4. Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with franchise partners in the CRM system.
  • Track feedback, inquiries, and trends to identify areas for improvement and process enhancement.

5. Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective support to franchise partners.
  • Contribute to the development of materials, guides, and resources that assist franchisees in their business operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
