"Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat).

Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, policies, and promotions.

Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.

Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.

Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.

Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and inquiries resolved.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required."

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

  • Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Hindi (Preferred)
  • English (Preferred)
