Requirements:
o Excellent in English communication (verbal and written)
o Typing speed should be 30 WPM
o Good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (US Medical Billing) Provider/Hospital
o 4 year of experience as Senior AR Caller
o Good knowledge of HIPAA, CPT codes, Denials Management.
Responsibilities:
o Monitor calls per agent on a weekly basis.
o Provide adequate feedback to the agents for every call monitored and sit along with the Supervisor to decide any action plan if required.
o Chalk out standard Quality document and educate the team on quality parameters.
o Floor walk and provide assistance to team members when required.
o Returning Voicemails on a daily basis.
o Work on Statement Quality and ensure the team SLA meets 95% month on month.
o Prepare weekly call audit reports for reporting on Ops call.
o Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
