- Menu Curation: Proficient in developing creative, well-balanced, and diverse menus that cater to different dietary preferences, including vegetarian, nonvegetarian, Jain, keto, and vegan options.

- Innovation: A passion for innovation and the ability to adapt and reimagine traditional dishes, incorporating healthier ingredients and cooking methods.

- Leadership Skills: Proven track record in leading and managing a kitchen team, demonstrating excellent communication, organization, and motivational skills.

- Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.

- Menu Transparency: Familiarity with displaying and communicating nutritional information such as calorie count, protein content, carbohydrate count, and fat content for menu items.
