Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive for our Post Sales Servicing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceeding customer expectations, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with our B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to clients, including order tracking, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address client inquiries and provide expert guidance.
  • Communicate with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and chat, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless post-sales service delivery.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to the relevant departments to improve products and services continually.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a plus since our products are technical.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and acute attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
