Customer Success Intern


 

Urban Milker is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Intern to join our team. This is a remote position, with preference given to candidates located in or near Katihar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call Urban Milker customers daily to encourage app installation and prompt payment of milk bills
  • Monitor deliveries in the app and ensure they are marked as completed
  • Update operations tracking sheets on a daily basis
  • Review customer accounts for due payments and contact customers to request payment
  • Compile lists of customers with overdue payments to share with delivery team
  • Contact new customers acquired through the app and ensure successful onboarding
  • Additional administrative duties related to customer account management

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office and CRM platforms
  • Strong phone manner and ability to communicate with customers
  • Proficient with CRM platforms and billing systems
  • Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in customer retention and account management. As our Customer Success Intern, you will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and revenue growth through diligent account coordination.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
