Job Description-
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, dealing with customer queries, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and upholding the overall store condition to meet the company's standards.
Key Responsibilities-
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Deal with issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.).
- Manage store budgets and maintain statistical and financial records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications-
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or relevant role in retail management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of retail management best practices.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field; additional education in Retail Management or a related field will be considered a plus.
