Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our real estate projects.
- Explain project features, benefits, and pricing.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass.
- Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
- Real estate industry knowledge is advantageous but not required.
- Positive attitude and teamwork.
