SHE – Super Home Entrepreneur is a special initiative to encourage and support women to turn into home-based entrepreneurs.

A first-of-its-kind and women exclusive Social Commerce project in the space of All Natural food products, Organic Home Cleaning products, and many more.

Looking for a Sales & Marketing Leader to take complete ownership of the execution of this special initiative and realize its full potential. A woman candidate would be preferred to lead this women-exclusive initiative.

A FMCG background is a must. Any experience in digital marketing, specifically D2C would be desirable.

The Salary range mentioned is an indication of the average earnings level. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales person, who after trying our products and understanding the entire concept of the projects would be willing to bet their time and efforts on it and become a part of the Leadership Team. A significant Equity will be offered in the SHE Subsidiary of the company, which will be assigned in tranches tied to mutually agreed milestones and results. There will be a small Fixed Cash Component as part of the monthly remuneration.

Thus, the monthly earnings will be small for the initial months. The same will increase in line with your performance and results.

Salary: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
